West End… Whynot

A steep difficult site was a challenge to add a ground floor games room, kitchenette, bathroom, bedroom, internal staircase, storage and pool facilities. Water tanks were fitted to cater for pool top up and toilet/laundry use. The works were successfully completed for the growing family opening up to the yard and city views whilst they lived abroard.
