An extremely steep site provided a challenge for the renovation of a tired 1980’s home. A complete internal fitout with new internal access and garden wall breathed a new lease of life into the home giving the clients complete access to the best parts of the site. Most difficult challenge was reclaiming an existing deck for lounge use taking in river views.
